This program is the perfect blend of flow and functional fitness. Designed to improve overall strength,
flexibility, muscle tone, and stamina. As well as focus your mind and boost your energy.
Length and Strength is a 30 day program. It includes ten 15 – 25 minute classes. Plus two 55 minute classes, laid out in an easy to follow format.
Add these sequences to your current conditioning program or use them on their own as a safe and effective total body strength and flexibility program.
