A certified mUvmethod Instructor will work with your students first hand, while introducing the following concepts:
- How to approach stretching and our 3 stretech principles.
- How to find a neutral pelvis and spine.
- Why we stretch in neutral.
- The steps, placemnt and alignment of 28 stretches.

- Our Inner Hip Flexibility and Middle Splits Stretch Sequence

Workshops are based on age not ability. Our workshops are for dancers ages 8 – 11 and ages 12 and up. Dancers will need to be placed in the appropriate age group. With a limit of 20 dancers per group and a maximim of 45.
