A certified mUvmethod Instructor will work with your students first hand while introducing the following concepts:
- How to approach stretching and our 3 stretch principles.
- How to find a neutral pelvis and spine.
- Why we stretch in neutral.
- The steps, placement, and alignment of 28 stretches.

- Breath awareness and 3D breathing exercises
- Our 6-minute warm-up
- Our Hip Flexibility and Front Splits Stretch Sequence
- Our Inner Hip Flexibility and Middle Splits Stretch Sequence
*90 Minute Workshop
Workshops are based on age not ability. Our workshops are for dancers ages 8 – 11 and ages 12 and up. Dancers will need to be placed in the appropriate age group.
*We have a 30 student minimum total NOT per age group.
