Flexibility Training For Students
A certified mUvmethod Instructor will work with your students first hand, while introducing the following concepts:
- How to approach stretching and our 3 stretech principles.
- How to find a neutral pelvis and spine.
- Why we stretch in neutral.
- The steps, placement, and alignment of 28 stretches.
Our Flexibility Training For Dancers Covers:
- Breath awareness and 3D breathing exercises
- Our Signature mUvStretch Warm-Up
- Our Hip Flexibility and Front Splits Stretch Sequence
- Our Inner Hip Flexibility and Middle Splits Stretch Sequence
*90 Minute Workshop
Workshops are based on age not ability. Our workshops are for dancers ages 8 – 11 and ages 12 and up. Dancers will need to be placed in the appropriate age group. With a limit of 20 dancers per group and a maximum of 45.

This one day training covers the fundamentals of safe and effective stretching and breaks down our comprehensive, up-to-date weekly stretch curriculum. Designed to fit within your weekly class warm ups and existing studio curriculum!
You and your staff will receive:
- Step-by-step instruction, placement, alignment to 28+ stretches.
- Training in the fundamentals of safe and effective stretching.
- A breakdown of our weekly stretch curriculum for dancers, ages 5 and up.
- Unlimited online access to our Level 1 Flexibility Training + Weekly Stretch Curriculum.
