Flexibility Training For Students

A certified mUvmethod Instructor will work with your students first hand, while introducing the following concepts:

  • How to approach stretching and our 3 stretech principles.
  • How to find a neutral pelvis and spine.
  • Why we stretch in neutral.
  • The steps, placemnt and alignment of 28 stretches.

Our Flexibility Training For Dancers Covers:

  • Breathawareness and 3D breathing exercises
  • Our Signature mUvStretch Warm-Up
  • Our Hip Flexibility and Front Splits Stretch Sequence
  • Our Inner Hip Flexibility and Middle Splits Stretch Sequence
  • Our Mid-Back, Shoulders and Hip Flexibility Stretch Sequence

*2 Hour Training

Workshops are based on age not ability. Our workshops are for dancers ages 8 – 11 and ages 12 and up. Dancers will need to be placed in the appropriate age group. With a limit of 20 dancers per group and a maximim of 45.

Flexibility Training For Staff

This one day training covers the fundamentals of safe and effective stretching and breaks down our comprehensive, up-to-date weekly stretch curriculum. Designed to fit within your weekly class warm ups and existing studio curriculum!

You and your staff will receive:

  • Step-by-step instruction, placement, alignment to 28+ stretches.
  • Training in the fundamentals of safe and effective stretching.
  • A breakdown of our weekly stretch curriculum for dancers, ages 5 and up.
  • Unlimited online access to our Level 1 Flexibility Training + Weekly Stretch Curriculum.
