Our Hamstring Flexibility Plan is designed to greatly enhance hamstring flexibility and mobility at a safe and efficient rate. The hamstring consists of three muscles that run along the back of the thigh. They mobilize both the hip and knee and also work to stabilize the pelvis. These muscles are utilized often and can be a tricky muscle group to stretch and condition.
As a dancer, your hamstrings need to be highly responsive. Meaning they need to be able to lengthen, shorten and/or stabilize at the drop of a hat. This plan is designed to do just that. It is designed to create eccentric strength along with maximum length in your hamstrings.
