Our Stretch Curriculum + Membership provides access to our progressive stretch curriculum, which consists of 10 – 20 minute stretch sequences for dancers ages 5 and up. And provides education on the fundamentals of safe and effective stretching. Our membership also includes warm up, core conditioning and dance specific stretch sequences, such as open hip splits, closed hip spllts, backbending essentials and inner hip and middle splits. New content is added every 3 months!
